Actually my nephew is 12 yrs old now & he is in 8th std. so after 2 yrs he will be 14 , so as per CBSE Norms , will he be allowed to appear in 10 th CBSE Board or not

How to get information if any school has applied for change of school location/Building. Currently State Board school has to take permission from Zila Parishad. So, in case of CBSE where to get such information?

My daughter is 5th May 2002 born, currently completing her 5th Standard in Matric. I am planning to put her in CBSE for 6th Standard. Is there any age criteria for 6th Standard / 10 th standard for taking the CBSE Examination. She will be 14 years with 10 months when she appear for 10th examination in CBSE? please clarify on the age criteria

previous year 2011 i've given my 12 board but I got fail marks in chemistry but passed in all other subject. this year i've filled the cbse form as a private candidate. sir this year my physics was not good, I want to know that if I fail in physics then which marks will be considered previous year I got 71 in physics.

my son is studying X std with state syllabus in english medium in andhra pradesh. he wants to study XI and XI in chennai. in view of government's decision to conduct all entrance examinations at national level we want to join him in a CBSE school. my doubt is whether he can manage with the new pattern. please let me know the names of good schools that offer CBSE syllabus with hostel facility

  • The CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) is a renowned education board that prepares curricula and manages school education across India. The CBSE conducts India wide board examinations – All India Secondary School Examination for 10th standard and All India Senior School Certificate Examination for 12th standard in all schools affiliated to the board. In addition, the CBSE also undertakes All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE), All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT) and All India Pre-Dental Test (AIPDT) for admission to medical and dental colleges after completion of schooling. The CBSE has regional centres in Delhi, Allahabad, Ajmer, Chennai (Madras) and Panchkula (in Chandigarh).
